Purpose: This application is built for end to end drivers support, like when they are driving in mid time or night if their vehicle has any problems so they can report to the managers with the proof of attachments.
Scope: This app has the purpose of to report to their managers while facing any challenges in the vehicle during the services particularly drivers submitting reports, and covers only data relevant to vehicle reporting.
2. Information Collection
Personal and Vehicle Information:
We just take the vehicle information from drivers which they send to their managers. like license plate number, vehicle make and model, mileage, fuel levels, maintenance details, or other condition reports.
Report Data:
Detail any specific data gathered in the vehicle report, such as maintenance needs, vehicle inspection photos, or condition notes.
3. Information Sharing and Access Control
Limited Access to Managers Only: it's a simple app for drivers and their managers.
No Third-Party Sharing: we don't use any third party api and library to collect the information
